The animated skin chatbox is a custom background that includes a chatbox. This element allows the user to interact with questions and answers related to the brand and drives him to a landing page.

Campaign destination URL. It can include the customer's adserver tracking. Only one click URL for all devices.

Creative
Follow PSD (All elements must be placed in different layers). Maximum weight: 100Mb (Desktop / Mobile / Tablet). Download the templates in the Downloads section.
Notes
It is necessary to include the following inside the briefing: At least 4 skin designs (initial, answer A/B, end), a decision tree and images to be shown inside the chat
Brand Logo
Vector, layered PSD or Transparent PNG. Minimum width: 300px.
High-res Images
Layered PSD (All the elements of the products should be in separate layers). Minimum size: 1920x1000 pixels. Maximum weight: 250Mb.
Characters / Products
Vector, layered PSD or Transparent PNG. Minimum width: 500px.
Typography
Include all the necessary fonts (TTF / OTF).
Video
Optional. MP4 1080p. Autoplay creatives are limited to 4Mb (3.5Mb the video file). Maximum duration: 30 seconds.
